Lift Pass Offers

Zermatt has some of the best skiing in Europe, as well as some of the highest slopes. In total, there are nearly 60 lifts accessible with the Zermatt area lift pass, which includes Cervinia and opens up around 360km of piste.

The skiing around Zermatt is suitable for all abilities, although intermediate and expert skiers will be able to take advantage of the huge range of red runs and challenging blacks. There’s also glacier skiing to try and don’t forget the Trifti mogul slope, one of the longest and most challenging in Europe.

Zermatt lift passes are notoriously expensive with a full area pass costing just under £300 per adult! Those who want to just stick with Zermatt only need to pay around £250 and there are discounts for youths and children with a child’s pass being available for around half the price of an adult’s. Children under 9 get a free Zermatt lift pass, which really helps to keep the cost down if your children are just getting started!

Do bear in mind that anyone wanting a free Zermatt lift pass will need to supply a photo so try and pick one of before you leave the UK. You’ll also need to take ID to prove the date of birth of your youngsters.

The high prices of Zermatt lift passes can be a bit off-putting for some, so the larger UK tour operators often tempt people to come with either a 2-4-1 pass offer or ‘buy one get one half price’ in addition to the discounts offered by Zermatt for children. These offers are generally only available during off-peak weeks so have a word with one of our specialist sales consultants and they will be able to let you know what Zermatt lift pass offers are currently available! ”
